Aqua max hot water system is failing to ignite and stay on. I need a plumber to replace the regulator on the system. I need the plumber to find and install a new regulator

Tank not filling with water properly. Turning off and on water supply into toilet seems to temporarily fix it after a couple of minutes. Old toilet. Bunnings 5 minutes away should you need parts which I’m happy to reimburse separately. Thanks for considering. Will supply photos and video later if possible
