2 Tap mixers have lost colour and need replacing. Were from Reece, copper. One is kitchen and one bathroom. Need a 3rd for a laundry sink.

One of the toilet screw came off the toilet seat so it starts becoming loose. Needs fixing.

The hose fitting for our front garden sprinkler system has cracked, cutting off the water supply. The sprinkler system itself appears to be in good working condition. Fridge-freezer is no longer cold. Freezer is defrosted completely and fridge is barely cold at all. The light still comes on in both. Need someone to have a look and see if they can fix it!

There is no water coming out of the hot water tap in the shower. There is cold water. There is hot water everywhere else in the house. The tap feels different to the cold tap, I think it may be a washer!

Washing machine is fairly new but is leaking water. I'd like someone to inspect it and fix the issue

Replace a bathroom vanity in our Richmond unit on the first floor. It’s a swap for a swap with a vanity that we will supply and have ordered and delivered. We want to keep the ceramic top but all plumbing will stay the same/not need to be moved

Whenever the sink is being used, or the dishwasher is run, the external pipe leaks a lot of water. The dishwasher, which is brand new, returns an error of potential over foaming, which is not the case. Please message if you have any questions. I may not be able to answer calls.

i have connected the hoses from faucet to taps under sink but have a slight leak. Probably a very easy job for someone who is familiar with this.
