Needing my Esatto EFL W6 washing machine outlet pipe connected to the drain pipe under the adjacent sink. The drain pipe the washing machine needs to be connected to is approx 30 mm in diameter. Pipe connector/conduit needs to be provided. Need this done asap.

I am the owner of a 2 story duplex. I noticed some leaking through my ceiling on the ground floor. I narrowed the leak to my upstairs toilet and so I have turned off the water to it and am not using it for now (I have 2 other toilets). I found it a challenge to remove the toilet to inspect where the leak would be so decided not to remove it. I did remove the sealant however connecting it to the tiles on the floor. I tested the toilet by flushing it a bit in this state and noticed some leakage through to the floor in the bathroom. To me it suggests to me a possible leakage around the wax ring. Looking for someone to resolve this leakage and also replace a toilet seat cover while you're at it (im struggling to remove the screws). toilet installed 2007. let me know if you have other questions or need additional photos

I'm looking to get a new tap installed in my back yard as there's no easy way to water plants at the moment. You'd need to run pipe from somewhere, but I think there should be a few options. In the photo I've indicated where the gas hot water unit is (will be connected to water line), and then behind that door is the laundry sink with hot and cold taps. Happy to take advice on the easiest location to put the tap to make connecting it. You'll need to provide all tools and supplies, including the tap. I'm flexible with dates and times, happy to wait to get on the schedule of someone who knows what they're doing and is a qualified plumber!

Mixer tap keeps leaking despite a new cartridge

Toilet is rising with each flush. Subsides slowly. Bath, sink and shower in same room are running fine. Potential blockage just after toilet basin.
