Toilet running continuously. Needs plumber

When turning on taps in shower, water comes out very slowly?

Dripping tap. Tried to do it, but spindles are too deep in wall. Washers provided.

Offer for Plumber to remove old toilet and install new toilet. Inlet will need to be moved to allow for a back to wall toilet. Second floor toilet

The hot water tap doesn’t turn off.

The shower is leakimg even when its turned off fully. I think the tap was not put in correctly. Needs to be fixed.

The hot water has not worked in a few days, I need to check if the system has a problem (and for it to be fixed if there is a problem)

Leak detected in bathroom that was damaging wall and floors in other rooms. Work has been carried out to remove tiles and showers base/vanity. Plumbing still in tact. Our hot tap is dripping and has progressively gotten worse over the last couple of days. Our taps etc and plumed into the wall with the original 1960’s plumbing but just have a new fitting. In a 1960's built flat, and it's high time I renovated the small bathroom. Needs all tiles removed and new tiles installed, take out the bath and install a shower, and potentially taps for a washing machine. Also installation of wash basin.
