Doing an appt Reno. Water pipe on the right is leaking, either from the flare or from a hole in the pipe (my guess because I can't push the nut section back over the pipe due to the pipe being out of shape). We just need the water back on without leaks.

I live in an apartment and the hot water temperature seems to have dropped quite a bit. The building manager has said perhaps mixing valve inside may need to be replaced. There is access in the bathroom as the temperature has been fixed 18 months ago.
