Require a plumber to cut the pipe (where the drain is) that is in the middle of this floor to 6.5mm higher than the floor to ensure hybrid flooring can go on flush. Only require removal of the affected tile.

The tap nozzle has unscrewed from the tap hose (and the hose is housed within the tap spout).

Bathroom tap is leaking and needs to be fixed

We just moved into a new high rise apartment, and need help to hang 2 large heavy paintings, 1 round large mirror, 3 small paintings, 1 wall piece, and we need a toilet roll holder fixed. Preferably they come with required heavy dutie screws.

Hello! Our Bosch dishwasher is not turning on. I suspect this because it is clogged and is not draining. I’ve checked / cleaned the filter, which does not fix the issue. I’ve also checked the U pipe under the sink. We have noticed there is a smell in our shower and under the sink so thinking it could be due to a broader issue… Keen for someone to fix ASAP :)

I’ve moved into a new apartment in South Yarra and the pipe/drain under the bathroom sink has been leaking water over the floor. The pipes appear to be quite old and in relatively poor condition but ideally just wanting it fixed so it doesn’t continue to leak.

I bought a new kitchen sink tap, need help installing it

Our toilet is making a constant noise and am worried the cistern is leaking. Would be grateful for a plumber to come take a look and repair on Friday. Located in South Yarra.

I have a minor leak from bottom of cistern after each flush

My shower gets blocked after 20 seconds of running water. This is not the first time this has happened. I need a plumber to help me unscrew the hanging Ikea kitchen cupboards to access the trap and clean/ empty it. I suspect this is the reason why it is blocked. See image to show access to trap.

Shower head broke off and the shower arm needs to be replaced. Clean shower fan and replace. Fix toilet cistern that is always refilling. Fix loose toilet seat and towel rail. Prefer the work is undertaken on Mon/thurs or Friday

Fix leaky tap in bathroom

Old toilet cistern and toilet seat. Time to replace. But wish to keep the original ceramic bowl part if possible. Seems fine. Kitchen mixer tap. My brother kindly tried to fix. We bought new thing for inside but he didn’t put it back together properly and it clunks instead of being smooth. Maybe needs a new seal ring thing also.

I have a kinked copper pipe as the main water inlet, that has a large split/leak requiring a repair. It was temporarily fixed a few months ago with a clamp, but now requires a partial replacement of the piping. The area is already mostly dug out. And I can dig/prep further prior to your arrival. I'd just require that you're fully insured and can provide a warranty for the work.

Pipes under kitchen sink needs replacing as it is leaking water in the pipe under the sink (see last image). Mixer all working however the pipe section probably needs replacing as it’s not screwed on tightly or glued on properly. Job required today in south yarra (anytime)
