Leaky tap in my bathroom sink, probably just needs the washer to be changed but I've never done it before at this apartment so I'd like some help. If I tighten it very tight, it still drips a little bit. Only the cold tap is leaky, the hot one does not need work on it.
Damian went above and beyond to ensure my leaky tap would not just stop leaking, but that it would stay that way for a long time to come!

Our toilet isn’t flushing properly, the floater maybe needs to be replaced. Not much water comes through during flushing, sometimes it won’t work at all. We need to take the floater out to clean.
