My dishwasher does not drain properly, I think there is a clog on the pipe, not sure, need it fixed or else to find out what is wrong.

Installation of 2 Toilets to existing bathrooms in apartment. Run approximately 5mtr pipe (not copper) from under sink to new fridge. New toilets onsite. Builder with some additional work that has come up.

Kitchen sink needs replacement

There is an old broken tile under my bathroom. As it is very old, I would like to replace the whole row under the bath. By replace, I mean, take out tiles and put in new ones. I am not adverse to techniques and interesting suggestions as long as they are waterproof.

Plumbing skills (or ability to manage both cutting and plumbing) to ensure proper connections. Must be completed by Monday or at the very latest Tuesday, as we need to open on Wednesday. All necessary tools and materials must be provided by you. If you can handle both the marble cutting and the plumbing aspects in one go, please reach out. We have purchased a new dishwasher, our agent requires us to have a licensed plumber connect the machine and provide a report on work done. There is a space available and holes already cut for the cords/drain. And space on the sink drain pipe for the connection.

Leaky tap in my bathroom sink, probably just needs the washer to be changed but I've never done it before at this apartment so I'd like some help. If I tighten it very tight, it still drips a little bit. Only the cold tap is leaky, the hot one does not need work on it.

Our toilet isn’t flushing properly, the floater maybe needs to be replaced. Not much water comes through during flushing, sometimes it won’t work at all. We need to take the floater out to clean.
