I need help with the following: - hot water tank servicing - tightening of taps at bathroom sink (faucet currently leaking slightly unless taps are incredibly tight) - replacement toilet flush piece (currently the metal rode inside the toilet has eroded and causing the toilet to flush continuously unless pressed again) - shower head installation (i first need to purchase the replacement head)

Bathroom tap is leaking under handle, needs to be replaced. I have a replacement tap.

I can't turn the cold shower tab off

It's a Reece Toilet. The outlet valve stopped working a few days back. Need to have it repaired or replaced (another company's product is also fine).

Connect the washing machine hose to the laundry tap for a Bosch washing machine - the hole to connect to laundry tap is small and a new hose needs to be adjusted or fitted afresh probably

My dishwasher does not drain properly, I think there is a clog on the pipe, not sure, need it fixed or else to find out what is wrong.

Seeking a handyman to install a new Luna Fixed Overhead Shower head into an existing shower space (photo attached). No mixer taps are being changed at all, just the shower head. Kitchen sink needs replacement

I have a new renovated bathroom and noticed the laundry tap is leaking slightly.

We have purchased a new dishwasher, our agent requires us to have a licensed plumber connect the machine and provide a report on work done. There is a space available and holes already cut for the cords/drain. And space on the sink drain pipe for the connection.

I had two bidets installed in my house. One of them is not working (despite being good quality) and the other one is leaking. I need someone to assess and provide further advice.

Leaky tap in my bathroom sink, probably just needs the washer to be changed but I've never done it before at this apartment so I'd like some help. If I tighten it very tight, it still drips a little bit. Only the cold tap is leaky, the hot one does not need work on it.
