Hi, Looking for an experienced plumber to unblock drain / replace galvanized pipe with copper pipe to unblock and sharing issue below to help: * Recently renovated bathroom with brand new vanity and sink and all new copper piping internally (unit is a 1930's art deco) * New vanity sink would clog up after ~4 seconds running the water at maximum velocity * Builder tried opening the outside galvanized pipe (pic highlighted in red) and scraped a metal rod in the horizontal and vertical pipe to try unblock it) * Afterwards vanity sink completely unusable as it clogs < 1 second of water at max velocity

Seeking an experienced & qualified plumber to remove existing fixtures and install new basin & mixer tap (already purchased). Images show original basin/tap as well as showroom images of the purchased goods. Note: Sink is 10mm longer then original but is a flat mount so should have no issues with the hole. Plan on using existing waste/plug. Work would need to be completed after hours, or on the weekend.

Change the sink taps over to 1/4 turn it 3/4 turn lever taps. Also if you could source lever taps and I would pay difference. Please in your quote if you explain the issue and how you would go about fixing it.

Hi, Our shower head appears blocked / low pressure. Other taps in apartment fine. This may need a clean or pressure valve removed. Needing this looked at between 8:30am - 10:30am tomorrow or Friday. Can send video also.

The taps in my kitchen need to be tightened really hard in order for no water to come out of the tap. If you could advise how to fix and if you think I should get lever taps instead. Also note I believe the plumber who installed these said he needed an adapter or extension as the taps in deep in the wall. Let me know Please detail this in your quote.
