Find an experienced plumber in Toorak

There is a water at the bottom of my washing machine. I have checked pipes which are connected but can’t find the leak.

Hi Our main kitchen tap is loose (not leaking) and needs tightening up. Medium complexity, as it is a bit tricky to access to tighten up.

I have a toilet that continues to flush well after pressing the flush button on the toilet. This has been fixed before but as it is an older toilet, it just needs an adjustment. The toilet works perfectly fine otherwise. I do not need an official plumber or anythiing nor do I need a certificate etc. The times that I can get this fixed is usually between Mon to Wed 11am to 4pm. Also depending on the tenant.

The old shower head has fallen apart and needs to be replaced with a new shower arm and head

Hi, Looking for an experienced plumber to unblock drain / replace galvanized pipe with copper pipe to unblock and sharing issue below to help: * Recently renovated bathroom with brand new vanity and sink and all new copper piping internally (unit is a 1930's art deco) * New vanity sink would clog up after ~4 seconds running the water at maximum velocity * Builder tried opening the outside galvanized pipe (pic highlighted in red) and scraped a metal rod in the horizontal and vertical pipe to try unblock it) * Afterwards vanity sink completely unusable as it clogs < 1 second of water at max velocity

The taps in my kitchen need to be tightened really hard in order for no water to come out of the tap. If you could advise how to fix and if you think I should get lever taps instead. Also note I believe the plumber who installed these said he needed an adapter or extension as the taps in deep in the wall. Let me know Please detail this in your quote.
