Change the sink taps over to 1/4 turn it 3/4 turn lever taps. Also if you could source lever taps and I would pay difference. Please in your quote if you explain the issue and how you would go about fixing it.

Hi, Our shower head appears blocked / low pressure. Other taps in apartment fine. This may need a clean or pressure valve removed. Needing this looked at between 8:30am - 10:30am tomorrow or Friday. Can send video also.

The taps in my kitchen need to be tightened really hard in order for no water to come out of the tap. If you could advise how to fix and if you think I should get lever taps instead. Also note I believe the plumber who installed these said he needed an adapter or extension as the taps in deep in the wall. Let me know Please detail this in your quote.

The tap is sometimes leaking from the top, especially when moving the hose. In addition, the handle is not permanently connected.

I have recently purchased an apartment and need a few odd jobs done, and wish to get an idea as to pricing et cetera. This task was recently assigned but didn't go ahead due to various reasons. The jobs are as follows (roughly, naturally any additional costs will need to be discussed on the day, within reason): 1) The shower has been recently renovated, as has the whole bathroom, however the shower head is leaning forwards - meaning, it is on an angle, when it should be facing upright - and there is a cavity in the wall behind the shower head, where it is clearly meant to rest (this may just be a case of gluing or somehow affixing the shower head back into its normal position - it doesn't need replacing - if this is assessed, and will cost extra, this will need to be negotiated); 2) Under the sink, there is a hot water and cold water intake for the dishwasher - however, our new dishwasher, a Bosch Series 4, only needs a cold water intake, and we have been told that a hot/cold water inlet will shorten its lifespan (told to me by the person who installed it, so I would like an assessment as to this, as well as possible works e.g. changing the piping - again, if this is assessed, and will cost extra, this will need to be negotiated); 3) There seems to be evidence of a leak from the sink in the bathroom, or some kind of issue relating to the water pipes there, so I would like this investigated and potentially fixed (if there is an issue - there is a brown-ish stain underneath the faucet that seems to have been caused by water - again, will need to be assessed, and if additional costs are needed, this will need to be negotiated ). Please advise whether you need further information 🙂. I hope, in any event, that you are able to give a rough indication of a) your availability, b) the length of any works that might need to be done, and c) the approximate cost, if possible. Thanks!
