Find an experienced plumber in Windsor VIC

I need help replacing a broken toilet seat. The toilet unscrews from the bottom but due to the lack of tools, lubricant and space around the toilet I am finding it difficult to unscrew plastic holding the bolts in place. I have the new seat.

Property very bad smells and we are not sure where is the leak cause the smells

I need a certified plumber to come look at our euro laundry, it smells like sewage at times and we need it fixed. Also whilst on site we require the kitchen sink to be resealed, the seal has been black since we moved in.

Installing a farmhouse sink in place of a regular sink (cabinet doors to be removed, bench top is going to be replaced as well). Putting in a dishwasher next to the sink, like in the apartment upstairs (pictured)

Remove kitchen sink, for new benchtops to be installed. Then return the following day to reinstall sink - sink is not siliconed in as it has only just been installed. IKEA sent faulty benchtops so waiting for these to arrive

Fridge is making a buzzing / rattling noise. Comes and goes, but very annoying! Hopefully an easy fix - I’m not handy at all!

Require a plumber to connect a new dishwasher to water and to connect dishwasher.

My toilet is leaking slowly with a constant loud refilling noise. I’ve tried replacing the seal but it’s still leaking slightly. Can pay for any parts needed.

Caulk around bathtub needs to be completely removed and then replaced

Run copper pipe to new gas water service 3meters / piping is external to wall. Copper on-site / need to supply cert of compliance.

Water keeps running after flushing the toilet bowl. Brand: Haron

The push down thingee isn't working (or popping back up) regardless of how much pressure we apply (there is NO external lever). AND there is a leak, so even when the tap is off, there is water accumulating (if you see the image, you can see it over the tap).

Hot water in shower is not turning off.

I am after someone who can replace the existing instant hot water system in an apartment. Model is Stiebel Eltron Water Mark AS 3498 WMKA 00301. I haven't bought the replacement unit yet, so if you can help source that too, that would be good.

I have a San merino coffee machine which is used to make 3 to 4 coffees a day. I need to have its shower head replaced or cleaned. I couldn't take the shower head out myself and therefor need assistance. Machine otherwise working fine!
